Guidelines

-Appointments available Monday-Friday
-If you are a new patient, please indicate so
-You may request a specific day and time, or you may simply ask “Do you have anything available today, tomorrow, this morning, this afternoon, etc.
-Same day and last minute requests will be honored if available, but a day or two notice would be better when possible.
-Appointment requests can be sent during evenings or weekends, but response times may be longer
